A rehabilitation counselor will be assigned to you. The counselor will assist in the preparation of a rehab program, taking into consideration your injury, employment experience, skills that may be transferable and availability of positions for your skills. While actively engaged in the rehabilitation program, you, the injured worker, will receive rehabilitation maintenance allowance.
